Can you hold a place before I apply?
Not at this time; because our properties are in high demand we cannot "hold" properties at all. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You are just required to pay first month's rent prior to move in and your deposit within 24-hours of your application being approved. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All residents must be 18 years old or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Your Security Deposit is refundable pending the property is left in the same or better condition than when you moved in. There may be other "deposits" required that are non-refundable but disclosed on our listings page. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Possibly; we will not know until your application is under review. This may occur if you do not meet all of the Application Requirements as outlined here -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Simply go to the listing and apply directly from there! -
How do I pay rent?
We encourage all of our tenants to pay online through their portal. We accept Credit Card, ACH, and Cashier Checks / Money Orders. We do not accept cash or personal checks. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Depending on the property you will need to seek approval first, apply through www.petscreening.com, pay the application fee of $25, and wait for approval. Once approved, you may or may not have a pet fee and pet rent. This is dependent on the property and owner. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If you are breaking your lease early you need to contact our office immediately. If your roommate wants to stay, he or she will need to reapply and qualify on their own through our Rental Criteria. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
If we haven't reached out to you first and you are interested in staying longer contact our office. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
All maintenance requests must be submitted online through your Tenant Portal. Depending on the repair needed you may or may not be responsible. Any damages caused by you as the tenant (or a guest) will be your responsibility; normal wear and tear will be put on the owner.
